SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Spokane County voters should expect their ballots in the mail this week as the Spokane County Elections Office begins mailing out more than 360,000.
With less than a month remaining until Election Day on November 5, officials are reminding voters of key deadlines to ensure their participation in the upcoming election:
Ballots mailed out: October 9-11Ballot boxes open: October 11Deadline to register online and by mail: October 28Deadline to register in person: November 5 by 8 p.m.
Many Washington voters will be filling out their ballots this week. The Spokane County Elections Office emphasizes the importance of signing the security envelope, as failure to do so can lead to ballots being invalidated—an error that occurs more frequently than many might think.
Election officials are urging voters to submit their ballots as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.
