SPOKANE, Wash. — A suspect was arrested for stabbing a convenience store employee who refused to serve him alcohol Friday evening.
According to the Spokane Police Department, calls came in around 7:40 p.m. of a man who allegedly stabbed a Sunset Grocery employee in the hip in Spokane.
The suspect fled the scene but was caught moments later. He was arrested for second-degree assault.
SPD said the employee suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
