SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Daylight saving time ended this morning, and Spokane County Fire District 4 says now is the perfect time to check the alarms in your home.
Fire District 4 says as you turn back your clocks, take a minute to test your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms to make sure they are working properly.
Replace batteries as needed and check the age of your alarms to ensure they are still within the recommended service life.
