NORTHPORT, Wash. — Drivers should expect delays on the Northport bridge on State Route 25 as crews begin a three-week bridge deck repair.
Work will start on Monday, Oct. 12 at 6 a.m.
Crews will close one lane of northbound traffic and will alternate traffic through the work zone. The signal will remain in place for the duration of the project.
Washington Department of Transportation says that drivers should expect wait times of up to 10 minutes when traveling through the work zone.
Crews will use high pressure water to remove portions of the existing road surface and will replace it with a smoother driving surface.
