Green Bluff fall events offer family fun this October

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. —Green Bluff has once again transformed into a fall paradise, with two local farms offering families multiple weekends of seasonal activities and attractions this October.

Beck’s Harvest House is hosting its annual Fall Harvest Festival every Saturday and Sunday through October 31st. The event showcases a giant corn maze carved into an America 250 Years design, pumpkin land, and the farm’s signature pumpkin donuts.

“We are celebrating all of the great produce that we grow and everything that is ready to be harvested off the trees,” said Todd Beck, owner of Beck’s Harvest House. “It is a great way to spend the entire day on the farm with live music, vendors, and food trucks, and all kinds of great things to do.”

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Beck’s Harvest House recommends booking parking ahead of time on its website to keep traffic flowing smoothly during peak attendance periods.

Just down the road, Siemers Farm is also hosting its annual Fall Festival, running Friday through Sunday through November 1st. It is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year, the farm has reimagined traditional fall activities with new attractions, including a pumpkin patch maze designed as a wandering area filled with photo opportunities.

“Our festival on Saturday and Sunday is a ticketed event,” said Tara Sainsbury, who works at Siemers Farm. “Parking is always free though. And everything that you want to do here, known and love, is included in that ticketed price.”

Siemers Farm’s corn maze leads visitors to a three-story castle where battle performances take place twice daily. The farm also features four mazes to explore, a pirate ship playground, train rides, bouncy slides, and a petting zoo. Additional attractions include interactive dance shows, face painting, pony rides, and food from local vendors.
