DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. — The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a second person in connection with the Chelan Hills Fire, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sept. 17, marshals arrested 19-year-old Mark R. Okhrimchik. He was transported to the Tacoma Federal Courthouse, where Douglas County detectives took custody of him.
Okhrimchik was arrested on charges of first-degree manslaughter, first-degree arson, first-degree malicious mischief and six counts of third-degree assault.
He was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on those charges.
Similar arrest warrants have been issued for three other suspects in connection with the investigation, according to the sheriff’s office.
