MOSCOW, Idaho — The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announce the opening of the Palouse Plein Air exhibition at the Third Street Gallery starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 17th.
79 artists from across the region registered to create paintings. All artwork submissions will be reviewed prior to the opening of the exhibition. Awards will be announced at the artist reception on September 17th from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Refreshments during the reception will be provided by Wilder Catering.
The 2026 Palouse Plein Air exhibition will run until October 30 at the Third Street Gallery inside Moscow City Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
