MEDICAL LAKE, Wash. — A body was pulled from Medical Lake on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, calls came in around 2 p.m. of a body in the lake. Deputies, Major Crimes and the Sheriff’s Forensic Unit responded to the scene.
The Sheriff’s Office says it is not known at the time how the person died as it is still the early stages of the investigation.
The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the name of the deceased, as well as their cause of death, when appropriate.
This is an ongoing investigation.
