SPOKANE, Wash. — It’s almost back-to-school season already! SNAP is offering a free back-to-school resource carnival for families.
This event will take place at Mission Park on Friday, July 31 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be free food, games, face painting, free haircuts, free backpacks and school supplies, access to community resources, and more.
