SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Chiefs faced and pushed away elimination for the second-straight game.
Chase Harrington scored the final regulation goal to tie the game within the final 90 seconds, and then he buried the overtime winner to beat the Prince George Cougars, 4-3.
Sam Oremba and Owen Martin scored Spokane’s other two goals.
The win keeps Prince George ahead in the series, but only by one game at 3-2, and Game 6 returns to British Columbia on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
