SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Daylight Savings Time began on Sunday morning, and Spokane County Fire District 4 has a Spring Forward safety checklist for you!
Fire District 4 says you can keep your home safe by using Daylight Savings Time as a reminder to check your smoke detector batteries, test your alarms to make sure they are working, and replace any smoke detectors over 10 years old.
