SPOKANE, Wash – Passengers flying from Spokane to Seattle will soon have another option, with new flights offered from Felts Field.
SeaPort Airlines plans to start daily, round-trip flights from the small airfield in Spokane Valley to Boeing Field.
The new airline, a division of Alaska-based Kalinin, recently started flights between Seattle and Portland.
Passengers fly on turboprop Pilatus PC-12s planes.
In the press release announcing the plan, SeaPort described the new Spokane to Seattle flights as a service that “avoids the hassle, travel time, TSA and delays at SeaTac.”
SeaPort Airlines CEO Kent Craford will be in Spokane Tuesday to officially announce the airline’s plans.
