Spokane, WASH. — Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for an endangered missing/runaway 17-year-old Delilah G. King. They shared her picture Wednesday in the hopes someone has seen her.
Many people were woken up around 3 a.m. to a WEA alert sent to phones, informing them she was missing.
Deputies say King ran away from home near the intersection of W. 61st Street and S. Assembly Road around 9:30 last night. Her parents told deputies that Delilah has several medical conditions requiring medication, including insulin for diabetes. She also has a history of making risky decisions, communicating with unknown individuals online, and is reported to function at a lower age level, SCSO says.
In a press release, deputies say she was not dressed for the weather, is believed to have a small supply of insulin, and she did not take her other needed medications with her.
SCSO says home security video shows she left her home on foot on February 18, 2026, at approximately 9:30 pm, after being disciplined for risky online activity. Her family searched the area and other locations she may have gone, but they were unsuccessful in finding her.
Deputies also searched, checked possible contacts, known locations, and issued a WEA Alert early this morning, but unfortunately, Delilah has not been located.
Delilah G. King is described as a 17-year-old white female, approximately 5’05”, 140 lbs, with red hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray, oversized zip-up sweatshirt and jeans, carrying a small brown bag.
SCSO says in the past, Delilah has gone on walks around the neighborhood, to parks, schools, and trail systems.
It is unknown if Delilah is still in the area, where she may have gone, or if she was picked up by someone she met online.
