PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State Cougars (9-13, 4-5) snapped a four-game losing streak, beating the Pepperdine Waves (6-16, 1-8), 95-79.
The Cougs scored 90+ points for the second game in a row and fifth time this season, led by 19 points from Simon Hildebrandt.
WSU had six players score double-digits, and the team hit 16 three-pointers, including five from Hildebrandt.
Wazzu controlled the turnover issue a lot better with 12 compared to 15 from Pepperdine.
The Cougs host the Seattle U Redhawks next Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
