CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. — A bus carrying the Cascade School District’s wrestling team was hit by a car on the way to a tournament Saturday morning.
According to the Cascade School District, the bus was hit by a vehicle that lost control on icy roads.
The students and the coach were not injured. The bus driver had a non-critical injury.
The students were checked out and cleared at Lake Chelan Medical center before heading home.
Washington State Patrol says one person in the other vehicle has died.
