SHOSHONE COUNTY, Idaho — A Montana woman died in a crash on Interstate 90 near Cataldo on Saturday afternoon.
According to Idaho State Police, a Montana man was driving west on the Interstate just before 2 p.m. when he failed to make a left-hand curve.
The car left the roadway and overturned on the side of the road.
A 25-year-old woman from Missoula, Montana, was ejected from the car.
The male driver and the female passenger were taken to a nearby hospital.
The woman was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
ISP says neither of them were wearing a seatbelt. At the scene of the crash, the highway was blocked for around one hour due to the crash.
This is an ongoing investigation.
