WINCHESTER, Wash. — A fatal crash is blocking eastbound Highway 28 southwest of Ephrata after a collision between a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle, authorities said.
According to Washington State Patrol, the roadway is closed at Rd J NW and Rd J.7 NW.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area as officials work to set up a detour.
