SPOKANE, Wash. — A new spot is now open and serving up elevated bar food in the Monroe District.
Kindred Public House opened in September by the owners behind Cascadia Public House in North Spokane.
Co-owners Jordan Smith and Robby Hatch say they took successes from Cascadia and brought them to Kindred while adding other cultural flavors to the mix.
Their menu features numerous sharables, sandwiches, and more. Pictured above are the Short Rib Street Tacos and Monroe St. Martini. The short rib is braised for six hours and the martini features a Szechuan flower that changes the cocktail’s flavor profile as you drink.
Smith and Hatch say there’s no microwaves at Kindred either. All the food is sourced from the northwest and made in house.
Check out Kindred seven days a week from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Happy Hour is Monday-Saturday from 4-6 p.m. Also check out their daily drink special.
You can follow Kindred on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Find out more at KindredPubHouse.com.
