COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — The Coeur d’Alene Police Department is hosting free winter driving classes starting next week.
The first class will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Police Department on Monday, Nov. 3 starting at 6 p.m.
The class will cover driving in the snow, avoiding crashes, staying safe if you do crash and what you should do if you get stranded.
The first 30 people to register for each class will also receive a free ice scraper courtesy of Les Schwab Tires. One person from each class will also be randomly selected to win an emergency roadside kit.
