SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Troopers are responding to a fatal car crash in Spokane Valley on Tuesday night, according to Washington State Patrol.
On October 14 around 7:30 p.m., WSP responded to a one-car crash near Trent Avenue and Barker Road in Spokane Valley.
According to WSP, the car was travelling eastbound on Trent Avenue when it crossed the center line of the road and crashed into a nearby rock wall. The driver of the car died at the scene.
WSP said drugs are suspected to be a factor in the cause of the crash.
As of 8 p.m. troopers are still investigating at the scene and drivers in the area should expect delays.
