SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A crash is blocking the eastbound Division Street off-ramp on Interstate 90 in Spokane.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the incident was initially reported as a car crash, but officials now say a semi truck is fully blocking the ramp and is unable to move.
WSDOT said it appears individuals at the scene are attempting to change a tire.
Drivers should expect delays.
