GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — A Moses Lake man was arrested on a felony warrant out of Pasco after being found hiding inside a home in Coulee City.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, 47-year-old Kelly Joe Blackburn was wanted by Pasco Police for a felony rape warrant.
On Monday afternoon, deputies were tipped off that Blackburn was at a home on First Street in Coulee City.
The Sheriff’s Office says Blackburn was found hiding beneath a pile of clothes in an upstairs bedroom.
He was booked into the Grant County Jail for the felony warrant.
