SPOKANE, Wash. — A new early learning and child development center is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.
Raze Early Learning and Development Center states that it will provide 170 new early learning opportunities for Spokane-area children and families.

To celebrate this achievement, the nonprofit is hosting a grand opening celebration on Saturday, September 27 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 6519 N Lidgerwood Street.
The celebration will feature live music, food, refreshments, face painting and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Raze Early Learning and Development Center will provide childcare slots for children ages 4 weeks to 12 years. Of the 170 slots, 40 will be reserved for working families.
The center says it will also provide before and after-school care with transportation and will offer flexible hours for working caregivers.
