SPOKANE, Wash. — The U.S. Marshals Service has confirmed the death of the man accused of killing his three young daughters near Leavenworth.
A motion to dismiss the criminal complaint against Travis Decker and his arrest warrant was filed in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, September 23.
In the document, the U.S. Marshals Service says the defendant, Travis Decker, is dead.
Human remains believed to be Decker were located last week, but the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office was waiting for DNA confirmation before confirming.
