PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University says a call of an active shooter on the campus Thursday morning was a hoax.
According to WSU, a 911 call was made to Whitcom Thursday morning of an active shooter near the CUB.
WSU says the report was a hoax call known as “swatting” and there is no threat.
