SPOKANE, Wash. — Drivers who use Highway 395 between the Freya and Wellesley interchanges should plan for extra travel time starting this Friday.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the North Spokane Corridor will be closed in both directions between Freya and Wellesley to install a new sign board over the roadway.
Crews will begin closing the road starting at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Southbound will close at the Freya interchange and the northbound on-ramp at Wellesley Avenue will close.
Detours will be available via Freya Street or Market Street between Wellesley and Francis Avenue.
WSDOT says this is the final piece of work scheduled on this phase of the North Spokane Corridor project.
