MOSCOW, Idaho — The city of Moscow announced it will be making some of the unsealed investigation reports in the University of Idaho murders case available to the public to enhance access to public information.
According to the city, this will reduce the burden on the city’s limited staff.
Until sentencing for Bryan Kohberger is complete, investigative records for the case will stay protected from release. Any public records requests received by the city before sentencing for these investigative records will be denied.
The city says it will have a website where investigative reports from the Moscow Police Department will be posted once allowed.
Investigative reports by other law enforcement agencies will not be included and must be handled by those agencies.
