SPOKANE, Wash. — A man was arrested for deliberately setting fire to a building on North Wall Street in downtown Spokane Monday morning.
According to the Spokane Police Department, 28-year-old Johnathon L. Stapleton was caught on surveillance video setting fire to a bin full of combustible material in the alley next to the building.
