SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Avista’s outage map shows power has been restored to most customers.

Over 3,500 Avista customers are without power in Spokane County Monday evening.
According to the Avista outage map, the outage was reported just after 7 p.m. and affects 3,531 customers.
Power is expected to be restored around 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
