NEZ PERCE, Idaho — If you’re planning to get out onto the water this summer, make sure you are ready by taking a boating safety course!
On July 13, Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office will host an Idaho Boat Safety Course in Lewiston.
The class is a great way for the whole family to learn Idaho’s boating laws and important safety tips to keep your time on the water safe and enjoyable.
NCSO also said some insurance companies offer discounts to those who take the course, so check with your insurance provider.
The class will take place at NCSO (1150 Wall Street) from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Spots are limited and registration is required.
