SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Washington State Patrol says drugs and/or alcohol may have been involved in a crash that sent four people to the hospital near Deer Park.
The incident happened Sunday morning around 10 a.m. on Highway 395 near Spotted Road.
WSP says a 68-year-old Deer Park woman was driving on Spotted Road and went to turn left onto southbound 395.
According to troopers, the woman turned in front of a northbound vehicle and crashed into it.
The woman was taken to an area hospital as well as a 30-year-old man, a 15-year-old, and 11-year-old in the second vehicle.
WSP says the cause is under investigation but DUI is suspected.
