MOSCOW, Ida. – The Idaho Vandals celebrate this season the 50th anniversary of the completion of their iconic stadium: the P1FCU Kibbie Dome.
Originally built 54 years ago, the field stood open-air and without lights through the early 1970s, and the university topped off the dome before the start of the 1975 season.
The dome’s enclosure took only a few months and around $1 million to complete.
