SPOKANE, Wash — Popular trails in the Glenrose and Dishman Hills Natural Area are back open.
Trails have been closed since February for forest health and tree thinning work.
During this time, Dishman Hills Natural Area Trailhead, Glenrose Trailhead and Camp Caro Trailhead have been closed to the public.
According to Spokane County Parks and Recreation, the objective of this work was to improve forest health and reduce the risk of catastrophic fires.
