SPOKANE, Wash. — A fugitive from North Carolina suspected of molesting his physically disabled adopted daughter has been arrested in Spokane.
According to the U.S. Marshals Office, 60-year-old Marshall Foster had an active felony warrant for forcible sexual rape of a minor out of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
Investigators determined Foster was in Spokane. He was arrested on April 15.
Foster was booked into Spokane County Jail and is waiting to be extradited back to North Carolina.
