JULIAETTA, Idaho — The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a 19-year-old fugitive wanted for a probation violation Thursday night in Latah County.
According to the Marshals, a Nez Perce County judge issued a probation violation warrant Tuesday for Keegan Brown related to a first-degree stalking conviction.
On April 10, Brown was located at a property off Arrow Highline Road and arrested.
The Marshals Service says Brown has a criminal history including assault and a history of violent behavior in Washington and Idaho.
