Liberty Lake, Wash. — A crash on I-90 blocked traffic for less than two hours late Sunday evening.
On April 6, around 10:30 p.m., a vehicle hauling a trailer was driving westbound at a slow rate of speed with its hazards on.
According to Washington State Patrol, the second vehicle failed to negotiate the slow-moving vehicle and crashed into the trailer.
The passenger of the slow-moving vehicle was injured and transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center.
WSP cited the driver of the second vehicle for negligent driving.
