SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — People who put in calls for service to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, Spokane Valley Police, 911, or Crime Check will have an opportunity to provide feedback to law enforcement.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office announced it was partnering with Axon’s My90 Survey Program to use data gathered to improve service.
Sheriff John Nowels hopes it will help deputies identify trends, understand public concerns, and discover areas that may need improvement.
“My90 enables us to connect and engage in a meaningful way with our community,” said Sheriff Nowels. “By listening, understanding, and utilizing this direct feedback, we can improve call for service outcomes and drive positive changes in how we protect and connect with our community.”
My90 isn’t an app you can download, or a service you can subscribe to.
People living in Spokane County should expect to receive an online survey from My90 after an interaction with a Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputy or Spokane Valley Police officer,
The Sheriff’s Office said some victims or family members potentially impacted by the sensitive natures of some of the calls will not receive a survey, with the goal of not causing further trauma to those affected parties.
My90 went live April 4, 2025.
