SPOKANE, Wash. — A beloved restaurant in downtown Spokane is closing its doors this month.
Soulful Soups and Spirits Lounge announced it is closing on April 17 after 25 years in business.
Soulful Soups and Spirits sells fresh, homemade soups Monday through Friday at its location on North Howard Street.
The restaurant posted on Facebook, saying its lease is up in November with no hope for an extension.
The post said the owners have been given the opportunity to leave before the summer season and feel it is best to take it.
