SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — The U.S. Marshals are working with law enforcement to find two fugitives wanted in a March 21 drive-by shooting in Moses Lake that killed a 14-year-old and injured four others.
A reward of up to $10,000, $5,000 per fugitive, is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Jose Beltran, 20, and Matthew Valdez, 18.
According to U.S. Marshals, Beltran is described as 5-foot-7 and 200 pounds, while Valdez is 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds.

Arrest warrants issued on March 25 charge both men with first-degree murder, five counts of first-degree assault, drive-by shooting, and felon in possession of a firearm.
The U.S. Marshals said, both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
