SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Several people were arrested at a home in Spokane Valley on Thursday, according to Spokane Valley Police Department.
Around 7 a.m. on March 27, a Spokane Valley Police Department SWAT team served a warrant at a home near S. Farr Road and 6th Avenue in Spokane Valley.
The warrant was part of an investigation into a March 23 burglary at a storage unit near Indiana Avenue and Bates Road.
SVPD said nearly $4,000-worth of property was stolen from the unit.
During the investigation, detectives identified the burglary suspects at 39-year-old Shaun W. Bower and 39-year-old Jasmine L. Highley.
On Thursday, police arrested both Bower and Highley for burglary.
Five other people at the home were also arrested for active unrelated warrants, such as drug possession, driving while under the influence and theft.
