SPOKANE, Wash. — UPDATE at 6:53 p.m. on March 25: – Police found the girl who was abducted in Spokane County on Tuesday evening, according to Washington State Patrol.
She had been taken by her father, 40-year-old Reginald Kinsey.
Police found her at the STA Plaza in downtown Spokane.
Kinsey was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail for kidnapping and violating a protection order.

Police are searching for a missing 8-year-old in Spokane on Tuesday evening.
Around 6 p.m. on March 25, Washington State Patrol issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old girl.
WSP said she was abducted by her father, 40-year-old Reginald Kinsey, who is in violation of a protection order.
The child’s aunt told 4 News Now Reginald took the girl while she was getting off the school bus near 4th Avenue and Eastern Road in Spokane Valley.
Court documents show the protection order was filed against Reginald in January and accuses Reginald of assaulting the girl.
The order was granted on January 27 and ordered him to stay away from his daughter and another child.
Police believe they are traveling in a white 2000 Olds Van with Washington license plate #CJX7142.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts should call 9-1-1 immediately.
