SPOKANE, Wash. — A man wanted for multiple felony warrants out of Eastern Washington was arrested in Spokane on Tuesday.
At approximately 11:55 p.m., U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force members arrested 34-year-old Fredric G. Hamberg near the intersection of Lincoln Road and north Division Street.
According to U.S. Marshals Service, Hamberg faces two counts of second-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.

U.S. Marshals said the charges stem from a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes investigation into a January 2025 drive-by shooting on north Newport Highway.
According to U.S. Marshals Hamberg fired several shots into his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle, which was occupied by two adults.
No injuries were reported.
Hamberg was also wanted for second-degree assault and strangulation or suffocation (domestic violence).
Hamberg was booked into Spokane County Jail, with bond set at $150,000.
