SPOKANE, Wash. — You’ll soon have a new way to get around the Dishman Hills natural area, just in time for hiking season.
The Dishman Hills Conservancy recently bought the land connecting the Edgecliff Trailhead to the Glenrose and Phillips Creek areas.
“This purchase enhances public access, preserves crucial wildlife corridors and strengthens the ecological integrity of the Dishman Hills,” said Ruth Gifford, Executive Director of DHC.
Official details about the purchase will be revealed at DHC’s annual meeting on March 18.
DHC asks the public to respect private property boundaries until the acquisition is complete.
