According to the American Ladder Institute, a nonprofit committed to promoting safe ladder use at home and at work, 100 people die in ladder-related accidents every year. Thousands more are seriously injured.
“ALI believes ladder accidents are preventable with thorough safety training, and continuous innovation in product design,” ALI’s website reads.
