SPOKANE, Wash. — Registration is currently open for Spokane Humane Society’s 22nd annual Parade of Paws this spring.
Bring your kids and furry friends to enjoy music, food, vendors and a 1-2 mile walk to support SHS.
The event starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 31 at the main shelter on North Havana Street.
You can register as an individual or part of a fundraising team. There is a $30 registration fee which includes a commemorative t-shirt and swag bag.
SHS says if each walker raises $175, it will be able to reach its ultimate goal of $50,000 to give homeless animals a second chance.
