MOSES LAKE, Wash. — Another Moses Lake school closed its doors to students on Wednesday, this time due to a water issue.
North Elementary School sent the message to families and the community Wednesday morning.
Students were taken to Larson Heights Elementary where parents were asked to pick them up as soon as possible. For families unable to pick up their students before the day is out, the school district says they will be transported to their regular bus stop at the end of the day.
Students who usually walk home from North Elementary will be bussed back to the school to walk home as well.
The Moses Lake School District says it anticipates the school will reopen Thursday, but the final decision will be made Wednesday afternoon.
