SPOKANE, Wash. – While Gonzaga earned no major conference awards this season, they tied Saint Mary’s for the most First Team selections with three: Ryan Nembhard, Graham Ike and Nolan Hickman.
Nembhard and Ike run back their First Team selections from last season, while Hickman upgrades his 2023-24 Second Team pick to his first-career All-WCC First Team nod.
Nembhard leads the country in assists with 311 total and 10.0 per game. The senior shattered his own school record for most assists in a season and recently broke the all-time WCC record. Nembhard’s 849 career assists are both the most by any active player and good for 30th in NCAA history among Division 1 players.
Ike leads the team in rebounding and ranks third in the WCC with 7.9 per game. His shooting has been solid as well, his 17 points per game fourth in the conference, his 59.9% shooting the best.
Hickman shoots over 44% from three, third in the WCC, and 19-20 (95%) from the free throw line ranks first in the league. His 71 made three-pointers is also number one in the WCC.
Gonzaga now awaits their semifinal opponent in the WCC Tournament down in Las Vegas, NV.
