ROCKFORD, Wash. — A Montana fugitive facing charges of child porn and sexual abuse of a child was arrested in Spokane County.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, a Missoula County judge issued an arrest warrant Wednesday for Jacob Lee Gunn.
Gunn was wanted for violating his pre-trial agreement facing ten counts of possession of child porn and sexual abuse of child.
The U.S. Marshals, Missoula County Sheriff’s Office, and SCSO worked together to locate and arrest Gunn in Rockford.
He will be held in the Spokane County Jail until extradited back to Montana.
