MOSCOW, Idaho — The City of Moscow Public Works Department is advising people of potential flooding with forecasted rain this weekend.

According to Moscow, officials are monitoring Paradise Creek, Hogg Creek and the South Fork of the Palouse River for flooding impacts.
Rain and warmer temps are in the weekend forecast. Coupled with recent heavy snow, lowland flooding and clogged storm drains are possible.
The city is asking people to help by clearing any ice or snow around storm drain lids near homes.
The city is also offering sandbags at the City Shop on N. Van Buren.
