SPOKANE, Wash. — After four years, a new business is replacing the former Macy’s at the NorthTown Mall.
The first Ashley Store & Outlet is coming to the Inland Northwest and set to open at the end of 2025.
According to retail Broad River Retail, the former Macy’s will be turned into a three-story, 101,000 square-foot store making the building one of the largest Ashley locations in the world.
Ashley anticipates the store will create 30 jobs for area.
The location will be a two-in-one retail store with an Ashley Store and Ashley Outlet along with a Sleep Shop.
